This Refund/Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is designed to clarify our procedures in case of cancellations and refund requests. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy. Cash On Delivery is not an available payment option. All payments must be made in advance and/or beforehand.

  • In the event of an error on our part in providing the door-to-door car wash service, customers may qualify for a refund upon furnishing satisfactory evidence and verification to TapToWash in accordance with our refund and cancellation policy.
